Lirathan templars are the female order of Tuluk. All Lirathans are psionicists, leading to possibly one of the dumbest systems in the world: a class that can read minds, anonymously spy on anyone, and can walk everywhere with two half-giant guard NPCs.

One of the worst examples of this was the Lirathan Qoriya. Qoriya was notorious in Tuluk around '07/'08 for spying on individuals, asking them to step somewhere to speak privately, and then using her two half-giant guards to kill them.
